Meat boxes are shipped Monday-Wednesday to ensure they do not get stuck in transit over the weekend and arrive thawed. After it is shipped, your package will arrive in 24-48 hours. If your order is delayed please send a note to support@harvestdaughter.com and include your order number. Please be mindful that orders placed after noon on Tuesday might be scheduled for shipment in the following week.
For our non-perishable goods, we offer shipping throughout the week. While our team works diligently to process orders promptly, high demand may extend the shipping time frame to 2-8 business days (Monday to Friday).
Perishables should arrive to you frozen. If the meat does not arrive frozen, kindly contact us with your name and order number and we will be happy to ship you a replacement box.
Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that it can be cancelled or updated, or that the address can be changed. Once it has shipped, an order cannot be cancelled or updated. You are responsible to provide the correct shipping address. If we are not given the correct shipping address, we cannot provide a replacement order for items delivered to the incorrect shipping address given at checkout. Please double-check check all shipping information is correct before ordering. If your order does have the incorrect address please contact us as soon as possible at support@harvestdaughter.com. Be sure to include your name, order number, and the correct address.
