Refund Policy

We have a strict no-returns and no-refunds policy on all perishable and food-related items. This would include any meat, baked goods, Willa sourdough starter, etc...

Harvest Daughter will accept returns and refunds on any unworn, unused, unwashed and non-perishable merchandise in its original packaging. You can return for a refund, store credit or exchange within 7 days of delivery.  If any items arrive damaged, please reach out as soon as possible. We can offer replacement items for up to 7 days after delivery. 

We can provide a shipping label, but the cost of the label will be taken out of the refund. Each item will be inspected for damage upon being returned to the farm. If the item arrives damaged and was not disclosed before returning, we will not be able to refund the order.

What is “Free Returns” Coverage?

When you opt-in for coverage at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for a refund or exchange for FREE.

If you decide not to buy return coverage you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy.
